Irvin is a native of Louisiana, United the States of America. She was born on September 30th, 1970. When discussing her family history, her family comes from a military background. Their work has taken her to different areas where she spent the bulk of her childhood. She was a student at more than 10 schools which helped make her more social and interactive than most students.
